Where is my data stored?
By default, on your computer, in your browser. If you connect your own Google Sheets spreadsheet, it’s also stored in your Google account and shared across your devices. We have no access to your quotes or invoices.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Devisio opens in Chrome or Edge. You can also click “Install Devisio” to put it on your desktop like an app, and it even works offline.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is lost: your documents remain viewable and printable. To create new ones, simply activate your subscription code.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add your logo, choose a style, font and colour, and write your own notes. The result applies to all your quotes and invoices.
What if I don’t renew?
After the end date and a three-day grace period, Devisio switches to read-only. You keep access to your documents, and everything becomes editable again as soon as you renew.
Can several people work together?
Yes, with Google Sheets: each device connects to the same spreadsheet and sees the same data. You authorise your team’s email addresses.
